Pre-Booking Visits

We encourage you to visit our kennels and cattery before boarding your pet for the first time. To minimise disruption for our residents, we do viewings any day between 1pm and 3pm. No appointment necessary.

Check In

New boarders should arrive during the morning opening hours (9-11:30am) to give our staff plenty of time to settle them in; we reserve the right to refuse to accept late arrivals.

Check Out

We ask that you respect our hours of business and do not attempt to collect your pet after outside of our opening times unless by prior arrangement. We reserve the right to refuse late check out and will charge for the additional night of boarding.

Vaccinations

All dogs must hold a current vaccination certificate for Hepatitis, Distemper, Leptospirosis and Parvovirus, and must be protected against Kennel Cough.  All cats must be vaccinated against feline enteritis, cat flu and other relevant diseases.

All vaccinations should be completed a minimum of 3 days before boarding and your certificate must be produced on your first visit, where we will copy your certificate for future reference. If you fail to bring your vaccination certificate we will attempt to confirm by phone with your veterinary surgery. However, if this is not possible your pet cannot be checked in.

Charging Policy

Our charges apply to the check in day and day of departure. However, if your pet is collected before 10.00am, there will be no charge for the day of collection.There is a double charge for Christmas Day & New year's Day.

Opening Times

We are open Monday-Sunday 9am-11:30am & 3pm-5pm. However we are only open from 9am-12pm on Christmas Eve & New Year's Eve and the reception will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Year's Day.

Minimum Charges

From 1st July to 14th September we implement a minimum 4 day charge.

 

 


 

 Payment

 

Deposit

A deposit of 25% of the booking fee is required on an first booking, although from 1st July to 14th September a 50% deposit is required.

Deposits are non-refundable. However if a one week’s notice of cancellation is given (two weeks notice during peak periods) the deposit will be credited towards a future booking, less a £10 admin fee.

Balance of Account

This is payable on check out. Payment can be made by cash or card. We reserve the right to request this payment to be made in cash at any time before admittance of pet(s) for boarding and reserve the right to refuse admission should this payment not be forthcoming. Pets will not be released until the payment has been made in full. The full agreed amount is payable regardless of early collection.

Medication

All necessary medication must be supplied with clear instructions on administration. In most cases medication can be continued at no extra charge.

Belongings

All belongings left on the premises are left entirely at the risk of the client.  Any bedding must be clean and parasite free.

Dog Walking

Dogs can be lead walked daily at no extra cost.  However, there are risks involved with this service and it is offered entirely at the risk of the client.
